Surface activation of foil substrates by R2R-integrated Corona treatment. JOR's Coatema R2R UV Nano Imprint Lithography installation enables the high-throughput pilot production of micro-optical or functional nanostructures as well as of microfluidic chips. Despite the integration of the Corona unit in the R2R Nanoimprint installation, it can readily be used for stand-alone substrate activation.
