Adhesive bonding is one option to combine a number of micro-fluidic layers together to form a disposable cartridge. The adhesive has to be selected according the materials to bond but also the low non-specific binding and cyto-toxicity. At CSEM we have a database and some tapes on stock including the capabilities of structuring them (laser cutting, water jet cutting, punching...)
